Roi’s Skincare – Return & Refund Policy
At Roi’s Skincare, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving the product.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals, labels, and tamper-proof caps intact.

Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used skincare products

Free gifts or promotional items

Items damaged due to improper use or negligence

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@glowwithroi.com with your order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges, after verifying the issue.

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.

5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we’ll arrange free reverse pickup.

For other valid returns (like change of mind or dissatisfaction), the customer will bear the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued excluding the original shipping fee.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery as per the above policy.
