1. Processing Time
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Custom / Pre-Order Items
For any made-to-order or pre-order skincare kits, processing may take 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping Time & Methods
Standard Shipping
Ships via reliable courier partners.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for major metro areas, 5–12 business days for remote/rural locations.

Express Shipping
Available at checkout in select cities.
Delivery in 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping on orders above ₹699.
Otherwise, a flat rate of ₹99 applies.

3. Islands, Remote Locations & Constraints
Remote locations may incur longer delivery times (may take up to 14 business days).
Additional courier charges might apply for certain hilly, island, or restricted areas.
Any such extra charges will be communicated at checkout or via email/SMS.

4. Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number through email/SMS.
You can track your shipment in real time via our courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or damaged, contact us at support@glowwithroi.com within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll raise an inquiry with the courier and offer an appropriate solution:

Refund or replacement for lost/damaged items.

Reshipment or compensation for significant delays due to courier issues.

6. International Shipping (If applicable)
We currently ship to 100+ countries using reliable international couriers.
International transit time: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping cost, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are at the recipient’s expense and vary by country.
Please consult your local customs agency for exact charges.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when ordering.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment, or a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
You can modify or cancel your order within 4 hours of placement with no additional cost.
Once your order has shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
If applicable, follow our Return & Refund Policy for returns after delivery.
